Heideggerian Eco -Phenomenology: Dasein-centrism or Deep Ecology?
Abstract: This paper describes the problem of considering the Heideggerian theory of Dasein and Being-in-the-world as a framework of modern environmental ideologies and movements. The investigation focuses on the question of the intrinsic value in the nature. The study of the two versions of eco-phenomenology (the naturalistic and the transcendental) leads us to the conclusion that any metaphysical approach in ecology has the risk to perceived, at last, as an anthropocentric theory.
